Watch out if you're opening an account

I opened a new account with Bank of America b/c I liked the fact that their ATM's can read cash deposits....but I wish I never had. They held my initial deposit for almost 3 weeks without ANY warning

I like this Bank of America location because they have a person to welcome you at the door - lead you to the shortest line or get you set up with the right bank officer. Quick and easy!

I love my bank!

I love my bank! The team is always friendly and prompt. If I do have to wait, they have periodicals to read and CNN to watch.
